Nancy Smith

Nancy began her career as an accountant with the prominent worldwide Real Estate firm of Hines Interests, L.P. in 1994 where she sharpened her skills as a Taxation and Real Estate Investment Analysis specialist.

Nancy earned a Bachelor's degree from Brown University and continued her academic pursuits by earning a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Chicago. Nancy became a Certified Public Accountant in 1997.

Nancy is active in a number of professional organizations including the American Real Estate Appraisers Association, National Association of Public Accountants, Real Estate Investment Analysts Guild, and the International Society of Certified Public Accountants. Nancy specializes in creative Real Estate financial analysis and implementation. Personifying the epitome of professionalism, Nancy treats every client with respect and integrity and uses her considerable expertise to make sure the best interests of the client is being served.

Nancy enjoys traveling with her husband Eric and their daughter Meghan. She also shares a passion for scuba diving in her spare time and is a National Scuba Association certified diver.

Clyde"Colby"Colbert

Clyde Colbert, affectionately known as "Colby" among his peers and colleagues has been an independent MAI Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Financial Analyst/Consultant & Investor since 1997. He is a Registered CCIM expert advisor in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate and is dedicated to helping clients make intelligent financial real estate investment decisions. His patience, knowledge, and determination ensure that every client is treated with high regard and professional courtesy.

Colby earned a MBA Degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of Michigan and then went on to become a certified Financial Planner specializing in Real Estate investment and financing. He is a Member of the United Financial Planning Association, Member of the Lifestyles Unlimited Real Estate Investors Mentor Group, and is a Chartered Life Member of the Monetary Specialties Real Estate Investment Group.
